This week Norman discusses how Louisiana Congressman Troy Carter put Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. in his place during a senate meeting. Mr. Kennedy said that he didn't cut funding for AIDS and HIV studies, but Congressman Carter called his bluff and noted that he clearly made the cuts back in May. The meeting became heated when Mr. Kennedy made a remark that made Congressman Carter read him the riot act. Listen in to Norman as he gives his point of view on this topic.
